Is it a roadblock or a change of direction?

Good-day readers. I pray you are having the most wonderful day and you continue resting in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father

Today, I thought I would talk a little bit about the “roadblocks” that we will experience throughout life. To us humans we can only see the now, and what we think is best for us. Let us always remember to always look keep our eyes upon Jesus especially when we encounter trials, failures and disappointments, we tend to look inward at ourselves instead of looking toward Christ, who is the Author and Finisher of all things. After all He does, indeed, know what is best for us.

And we know that everything works together for good together for good to them that love God, to them that are called according to His purpose.

Romans 8:28

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, lean not unto thine own understanding.

Proverbs 3:5

Recently, I was sponsored by my church to go on a trip to Africa, to help out in a clinic that my Pastor and his wife have there: The Atmosphere of Heaven. Now, you can only imagine how excited I was. Africa? A new country? Sharing my faith with others? A whole new adventure! It was almost too good to be true. I was simply beyond joyful, about this new pathway God was opening in my life, for I wanted to do mission work for quite awhile and well, here was the opportunity right here!! In preparation, I had bought some clothes, and I was even gathering some things to bring to the children there, I had my passport, was about to apply for my visa, and was merely rushing to finish my math course, when the unexpected happened.

At the time, I did not understand why God would put the brakes on a project that to me, was going to be an opportunity to serve and gain new learning experience. But like I mentioned before, and something I have been reminding myself lately, is God sees what we cannot see, and in all things He ALWAYS does what He knows is best for His children.

Look at the birds of the air: They do not sow or rep or gather into barns –and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

Matthew 6:26

Little did I know, Covid-19 the global “pandemic” would hit just a few months later and lockdowns and vaccine requirements to travel would come into effect. Looking back, I just couldn’t understand why, and now three years later I see He did what HE KNEW was perfect for me at that time. I couldn’t see it then, I just had to wait on God and trust in His perfect plan for me. Now finishing up this post, three years later, (yes, life got busy for me ahem…) I see why God prevented me from going to Africa. There was a blessing in disguise, a roadblock turned into a blessing. I have grown in my faith and see now, when something does not turn out the way that I would want it to, or something doesn’t go as planned, I now sit back with confidence knowing that my God will bring to pass everything that He desires for me is HIS perfect timing and I have no reason to worry, because He is righteous and Holy.

Is it really a roadblock, or is it really a change of direction?

I think it’s the latter

For I know the plans I have for you saith the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.

Verses on Forgiveness

Happy Sabbath readers! How has your day been ? Have you realized how much you’ve been blessed on this beautiful day, and how much it means to be alive? Many are not alive to see this day, and to be quite honest with you sometimes, even I, take my life and what God has given me for granted. Now that I have expressed this thought, I would like to share with you a few of my favourite Bible verses on forgiveness.

Forgiving those who have done you wrong, and have despitefully used you can be an almost impossible task without the love and forgiveness of Christ. I have had a couple of unfortunate things at happened to me, and the only way I was able to let go of these things, was to forgive them like Christ forgave us. It was an eye opening moment for me, when I realized that forgiving was easier than holding grudges. Giving it all to Christ and letting go of things sounds really easy and yes, it is really is. The key is to have faith and believe that these people and situations are not bigger than Christ’s love and that you can overcome whatever hurt and pain that wants to engulf you.

So below are a couple of my favourite verses I have put together, which speak on the liberty and power of forgiveness.

  1. Colossians 3:13

Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

2. Matthew 4: 14-15

For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

3. Ephesians 4:31-32

Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

4. Romans 12:19

Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

5. Matthew 5:44

But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

6. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

7. Matthew 6:15

But if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

8. Luke 6:27

But I say to you who hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,

9. Romans 12:20

To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.”

10. Luke 6:28

Bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you.

Remember that prayer is vital and God cannot forgive us, unless we first, forgive our brethren.

God Bless,

✩Lesson 15✩ Freedom from Fear

Q1 What does fear cause? Luke 21:26 Psalm 55:4,5 Hebrews 10:27 Revelation 21:8

A: Fear causes death.

Q2 What is Christ’s counsel regard fear?  Matthew 10:28-31

A: We should not fear men and what they can do to us, because if God cares so much about the sparrows that he doesn’t let one go hungry, how much more do you think he cares for us, considering we are more valuable than the sparrows.

Q3 What did the apostle Paul write about fear? 2 Timothy 1:7; Romans 8:15

A: Paul says that God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.

Q4 What did David say God did for him? Psalms 34:4

A: He said the Lord delivered him from his fears.

Q5 Is there a type fear needed? Hebrews 12:28,29

A: God IS our consuming fire, therefore we should serve him in reverence and godly fear.

Q6 What was Gods promise to Israel as quoted by Zacharias? Luke 1:75-67 (74 emphasis)

A: If they serve him, He will deliver them from their enemies.

Q7 What are the attributes God spoke of himself? Exodus 34: 6, 7; Jeremiah 31:3

A: The Lord is merciful, gracious, longsuffering and abounding in goodness and truth.

Q8 What is the remedy for fear? 1 John 4:17-19; 1 Corinthians 13:1-8

A: Love casts out all fear.

Q9 What are the life ingredients which please God most? Hebrews 11:6 1; Corinthians 13:13

A: Having faith is what pleases God the most.

Q10 What do the following special promises from God means to you? Psalms 119:165; Romans 8:28

A: These promises me a lot to me, because they remind me that everything will work out in the end for those who love God therefore, I have nothing to worry about.

( Answers may vary)

Q11 What is your duty in this life? Ecclesiastes 12:13; Micah 6:8

A : Our duty is to fear God and do his commandments. We are to do justly, love mercy and walk humbly before Him.

Reflection : Fear is not from God. God is love, and perfect love casts out all fear. We are warned in the Bible not to fear what men might do to us, because God is so much greater than men and we should trust that he will take care of us because he LOVES us. God wants us to have a spirit of strength love and a sound mind. The only fear, we as Christians should have is the fear of God. Fearing God, is not being afraid of him, it’s giving him the due respect that he deserves.

May God bless you, this concludes Direction For You. I hope you were greatly blessed by this study and you continue to grow closer to God.

I may have another series coming soon, so keep an eye out 🙂

Remember, the will is the choice; the deciding power.

Q5  Is just being influenced by the Holy Spirit enough? Ephesians 5:18 Acts 9:17; Matthew 5:6; Ephesians 3:17-19

A: No, Christ must dwell in our hearts through faith and we must be rooted in the love of Jesus, and be filled with the fullness of God.

Q6  Can you have the gift of the Holy Spirit today and not tomorrow and then the day after? Matthew 6:24; 7:17-19; 1 John 3:6-9

A: No, we are to be the dame today, tomorrow and the day after that. Just like we cannot serve God and mammon, we cannot have the Holy Spirit today and not have it tomorrow.

Q7  On whom does God bestows his Holy Spirit ? Acts 5:32 ; Luke 11:14; James 4:2

A: He bestows his Holy Spirit on those who obey him.

A: We know we are true Christians when we are dead to our old selves and our lives reflect that of a new man; pure and holy.

Reflection:

The Holy Spirit can be neither seen or heard just like the wind, but we can definitely see it’s effect it has on those who are blessed by it. When Jesus went back to heaven, he did not leave us without a comforter. He left us with his Holy Spirit. Those who are true Christians will receive this Spirit which teaches us all things and reminds us daily of the promises of God. Those who posses the Holy Spirit will manifest the fruits of the Spirit which are: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, meekness, gentleness and self control. One cannot one day have the Holy Spirit of Christ and the next day become an angry brewing pot of misery. In Christ we are constant; always living in His love and abiding in his Holy Spirit.

God Bless

✩Lesson 13✩ The Significance of Baptism

Q1 Discover how the practice of baptism begun. Matthew 3 :1-6 what was the real problems John’s hearers had?

A: They confessed their sins to him instead of Jesus.

Q2 Look at John’s message Matthew 3 :7-12, what was the problem these people also had? Matthew 3 :7,8

A: The problem they had was that; they were coming to John to get baptized not because they wanted to be saved but because they wanted to flee the wrath to come.

Q3 Where does God begins to help with our problem? Matthew 3 :10

A: At the root of our problem.

Q4 What two kinds of baptism are mentioned? Matthew 3:11

A: One is the baptism of water, and the other is the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Q5 Why do you think that Jesus submitted to baptism? Doesn’t baptism represent confession of sin? Matthew 3:13-15; 1 Peter 2:21-23; Isaiah 53 :6

A: Jesus submitted to baptism to show us as an example, as to what we are to do and to carry the cross that we were to carry. Baptism clearly dose not represent confession of sin as Jesus was never sinned. Baptism is an public display that we are a new person. This change however occurs before we get baptized not when we get baptized.

Q6 What happiness came to Jesus after he was baptized? Matthew 3: 16,17

A: He saw the dove come out of heaven, and he felt the Spirit of his God descending upon him and he heard a voice say, “This is my Son whom in I am well pleased.” Jesus was very happy to hear these words.

Q7 What three steps prepares us for baptism? Mark 16 :15,16 Acts 2:37 38 Matt 28: 19, 20

A: We must first hate sin, then we must truly repent of our sins. The third step is obedience to the Word of God which will be written in our heart.

See also Romans 10:10; Galatians 5:6

Q8 If one refuses to humble his heart in belief, what lies before him? Mark 16:16; John 3:16 -20

A: Eternal damnation.

Q9 What is the correct method of baptism? Matthew 3:6; John 3 :23 Acts 8: 36-38

A: We must confess our sins and believe that Jesus is the Son of God.

Q10 What is the deeper meaning of baptism? Romans 6:3,4

A:The deeper meaning of baptism is dying to self and becoming a new person.

Q11 What does death means here? Romans 6:5-7; Matthew 26:39; John 6:24

A: Dying to self.

Q12 What is the very newly baptized person in God’s sight? 1 Peter 2:1,2

A: We are seen as newborn babes.

Q13 Is a second baptism sometimes the right thing to do?  Acts 19 :1-5 Jn. 3:3-5

A: Yes, being baptized again is the right thing to do, because if a man is not born again of both water and Spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God. All that can should be baptized.

Reflection:

Baptism is letting self die to Christ, and therefore becoming a new person. Baptism itself does not change us from being unrighteous to being righteous. As much as baptism is a physical testimony, there is no power in the water. This work needs to happen before we are baptized and it is not a hard thing to do, as a matter of fact we are not the ones that do it but it is Christ. Truly repenting and submitting our will to God, dying to self, not living an improved life of old but a completely different one because the old man is dead and we are as the Bible said “a newborn babe” before God. No man of his own power can save himself that is why Christ came to earth to die for us, so that we can inherit eternal life. Who are we to ignore this free and important gift?

God Bless you on this day,

Ruthline

✩Lesson 12 ✩ The Commandments

Q1 What is the first commandment?  Exodus 20:3 Matthew 4:10

A: Thou shalt not have any other gods before me.

Q2  What is the second commandment? Exodus 20 :4-6 ;1 John 5:21; Acts 17:29

A: You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.

Q4  What is the fourth commandment? Exodus 20: 8-11; Matthew 24:20; Mark 2 :27, 28; Hebrews 4:10; Colossians l 1:16

A: Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Q5  What is the fifth commandment? Exodus 20: 12; Matthew 15:4

A: Honor your father and mother.

Q6  What is the sixth commandment Exodus 20:13 ; Romans 13:9

A: You shall not murder.

Q7  What is the 7th commandment Exodus 20:14; Matthew 19:18

A: You shall not commit adultery.

Q8  What is the 8th commandment Exodus 20: 15; Romans 13:9

A: You shall not steal.

Q9  What is the 9th commandment Exodus 20: 16; Romans 13:9

A: You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

Q10  What is the 10th commandment Exodus 20: 17 ; Romans 7:7.

A: You shall not covet

Q11 How many command can you break before you’re guilty before God? James 2:10-12

A: If you break one, you break all commandments.

Q12 What does the Bible say a person is doing when they know God and yet brake one his commandments? 1 John 2:3,4

A: We are denying that we know Him if we break his commandments.

Q13 How do you show your love for God? 1 John 5:3; John 14:15

A: You show your love for God by keeping His commandments.

Verses: Isaiah 8:20; Revelation 14 :12

Reflection: God gave us these ten commandments to show us how to live a better life now and to please God forever. God gave these ten commandments from Mount Sinai, accompanied by smoke, earthquakes and trumpets to emphasise the importance of these laws. These laws which are known as the ten commandments are recorded by Moses in Exodus 20, and again in Deuteronomy 5.

These laws which have been given to us, are for our own good and happiness on earth. If we follow them, we must do it out of the love for ourselves and our Creator. Not following these rules will only lead to unhappiness and discontent and failure, but God gives us the free choice to do or not to do them. If we want to show our love for God, all we have to do is to follow his commandments. One thing to remember is if we keep all the commandments but break one of them, we break all because you couldn’t possibly love your neighbor, but steal from him, could you? They are all tied in together one to another so if we’re keeping Gods commandments we must do so wholeheartedly.

God Bless,

Ruthline

✩Lesson 11✩ How to remain faithful

Q1 What is always the one step in becoming a happy Christian? John 3:16

A: Believing in Jesus Christ.

Q2  If you believe that God loves you like that what will you also believe concerning your own life? Romans 8:31, 32

A: If God is for us, who can be against us? If God gave us His Only Son, we have no reason to doubt that he will provide for us.

Q3 What commitment does the Christian make to his Lord? Proverbs 23:26 Matthew 11:28-30

Q4 When the going gets rough and you feel like quitting what are the one true reason you never give up? 2 Corinthians 5:13,14

A: Because Christ died for us and He is always going to be there for us, no matter what we are going through so there’s no reason for us to give up.

A: He will not let us be tempted beyond what we can take, but will always offer a way of escape, so that through temptation we will be made stronger.

Q6 What will always make the devil flee from you? James 4 :7,8

A: When we draw close to God and resist the Devil he will flee from us.

Q7 Why is it that new Christians always seems to have trials? James 1:2-4

A: Because temptations tries our patience and makes us stronger Christians when we resist these temptations.

Q8 When you appreciate God’s love for you how do trial and temptations work to increase your happiness? Romans 5:1-5

A: Because tribulation worketh patience and patience, experience, and experience, hope temptations increase our happiness.

Q9 What simple lesson shows us how to grow spiritually? 1 Peter 2:1-5, 1 Peter 1:23

A: When we go through tough times and are tempted, it is not because God doesn’t care about us, it’s because he wants us to become strong in spirit.

Q10 How did Jesus feel about prayer? John 5:30 Mark 1:35 Hebrews 5:7,8 Matthew 5:6 Romans 5:10,11

Q14 How strongly does God promise to hold you? John 10:37-39

A: God promises to firmly hold us, as he will not let any unnecessary harm happen to us, because we are in Him and Him in us.

Reading: Genesis 37

Reflection:

The key to remaining faithful to God is simple: meditate His word and pray often. The only way a Christian will be able to strengthen his spirit and remain close to God, is by reminding himself daily of the precious promises and communicating with the Lord. Every Christian will have to go through their own trials and tribulations (just like Christ did) and that is not because God hates us or wants to see us suffer, it is because He wants us to be strong minded and well rounded. When we go through trials and temptations it teaches us to depend on God. In the Bible we have a few examples like we saw in the study of faithful men who used prayer for strength and guidance. We are to do the same. Prayer is a great way of communicating with our Heavenly Father and if Jesus used it and was mightily blessed by it, how much more we humans will benefit from doing so?

Have a blessed Monday

✩Lesson 10✩ The nature of Christ

Q1 Is Satan already succeeding as an anti-Christ? 1 John 2:18

A: Yes, there are many anti-christ who have already tried to take Christ’s place and by this we will know the end of time has come.

Q2 What did Jesus foresee would arise to try to deceive his people? Matthew 24:5 ,23, 24

A: He foresaw that there would be may anti-christs that would rise up and claim that they were indeed the Christ, but we are warned not to believe such people.

Q3 What is Satan’s great work? Revelation 20:8, 10

A: To deceive the nations and gather them to battle.

Q4  Read how ancient Israel was falsely deceived by a false Christ, who did they falsely worship Elijah’s day? 1 King 16: 30,32 1 Kings 18:18, 19

A: They falsely worshipped Baal.

Q5  Where did Baal worship and rear its head in Jeremiah’s day in Jerusalem? Jeremiah 7:9,10, 30

A: In the temple that was made to worship God.

Q6  It is obvious that a false Christ deceives people with a false teaching and long before he masquerades personally the counterfeit Christ. What tragic mistake did the Jews make without realizing it? John 8:42-44 , 47 1 Corinthians 10:20,21

A: By partaking of the cup of good and evil, the Israelites made the tragic mistake of worshipping the anti-Christ without even knowing it, for one cannot be of good and evil, and worship God.

Q7 What does the Bible really teach about the true Christ and the atonement? John 3:16, 17

A: God sent his only Son into the world not to condemn the world but to save the world, ad whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life.

Q8  A false Christ cannot be tempted truly as we are therefore he is represented to have a different kind of human nature than what we have. The false Christ cannot truly save us from our sins he can only condone or pardon them while we continue in them. In contrast what kind of human nature did the true Christ take? Romans 8:3,4

A: Christ took on the nature of our sinful flesh whoever He did not become sinful. He took on our nature so that by doing so, He condemned sin in the flesh that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh but the Spirit.

Q9  How fully was Christ tempted like us? Hebrews 4 :15

A: He was tempted in all points, just like we have been.

Q10 If there was any sin that Christ was not tested upon, do you think He could help us overcome that temptation? Hebrews 2:17,18

A: No, because when he came to earth He became just like us, so that He could be tested just like us in all things so that He might be able to set an example before us and sympathize with us.

Q11 The idea that Christ could not sin is foreign to the Bible,  If that were true how could He have been truly tempted. How terribly did Jesus suffer temptation? Hebrews 5:7-9

A: Christ was tested severely just like we have, and probably more because he had to bear the weight of all our sins but He did not succumb to the tempter but came out victorious, and through the things he suffered even though he was the Son he learned obedience.

Q12   What shows that our Savior suffered the conflict that we face yet was constantly victorious? John 5:30, John 6:38

A: Because he said that indeed “he can of himself do nothing” (just like we can’t without Christ), therefore he came to do the will of his Father who sent him.

Q13 What glorious good news did the gospel bring us? Hebrews 7:25

A: That whosoever comes unto God by Him, he will make intercessions for their sins.

Reading: Isaiah 14:12-14

Reflection: There has only been one true Christ but it has always been Satan’s great desire since the beginning to trick human beings into thinking that he was the Christ, yielding to him the devotion they would otherwise yield to Christ. There are many anti-Christ who walk about the earth claiming or assuming the role of being the true Christ. They are very cunning in their deceit and only those who are truly the children of God will be able to discern who these anti-Christ’s are. The false Christ cannot truly save us from our sins he can only condone or pardon them while we continue in them. Christ on the other hand saves us only when we give up our sins and live by faith. Jesus only can truly relate to us so it is our duty to go to him when we have our trials and temptations because He only can give us the strength and comfort that we need to conquer the tempter.

Blessings,

Ruthline

✩Lesson 9✩ Everlasting Righteousness

Q1  What is it that I must take hold of, in order to be a partaker of Christ?  Hebrews 3:12,14

A: We must take hold of righteousness and have a believing heart.

Q2  What is this confidence? Philippians 1:6

A: That he who carries it out this work will finish it, even unto the second coming of Christ.

Q3  By faith, can I say that I have ceased from sin, his good work has begun in me and that by his grace I will never again sin for the rest of my life? 1 Peter 4:1,2

A: Yes, because whoever suffers in body is done with sin.

Q4  Is the Christian revealing self-confidence? Would he declare that he will continually do the will of God? In whom is his confidence in self or in the Lord? (2 Peter 1:4) Proverbs 3:25,26

A: No the Christian is revealing his confidence in Christ, and because he constantly trust in Christ he will constantly do his will and he will always be kept safe from the snares of Satan.

Q5  What is the evidence that I will never sin again? Hebrews 10 :35 Hebrews 11 :1

A: We have the confidence that will never sin again because we have faith, which is the things hoped for and not seen, and the Bible also says that if we keep our faith it will be greatly rewarded.

Q6  Can I have confidence that I will not fail even if a host of temptations come up on me or are hurled at me? Psalms 27:1-5

A: Yes, we can have that confidence because the Lord promises to protect us and keeps us from all harm.

Q7 When I am set up on a rock will I ever fall amid a storm of temptation? Matthew 7:24,25

A: No, you never will because Christ is a sure foundation, which is unshakable.

Q8  Did Jesus make confident statements about his future experience? did he know that he would be raised victoriously from the grave thus strengthening his confidence that he would continue doing his Father’s will? Matthew 16 :21

A: Yes he did, as He began to tell his disciples the events that were soon to unfold and how he would die and be risen the third day, and He knew his Father would not give him anything he could not bear.

Q9 How did Jesus know this, what gave Him confidence to do this? Psalms 16:10

A: He knew that his Father would not leave him alone to suffer through the hard times, nor let him suffer to see corruption.

Q10 Did anyone tempt Jesus to cast away his confidence? Matthew 16:22,23 Galatians 3:11 1 John 5:4 Proverbs 4:18

A: Peter tried to tell Jesus that such a thing would never happened to him but Jesus lived by faith so his confidence was unshakeable.

Everlasting righteousness is not the type of righteousness that sins today and refrains from doing so tomorrow, that is not everlasting righteousness. Everlasting righteousness, is righteousness that is brought in, and stays everlastingly in the life of him who has believed and confessed and who further has believed that this everlasting righteousness takes place of all sin and sinning. This alone is everlasting righteousness and this alone is redemption from sin. God gave his only Son to die for us, so that we may inherit eternal life. Jesus life, was an example before us, that is to live a life free of sin, and we must do then same. It is a sin for us to say that “it is not possible to live without making occasional slip-ups”. This shows unbelief and this sin must be repented of as it will keep many out of heaven who desire to do God’s will but also refuse to stop sinning.  Having the faith of Jesus will help the weakest one’s of us conquer sin.

Happy Sabbath!

✩Lesson 8✩Who is the Creator?

Q1 Who is the Creator of all things? John 1:1-3 ,10 Colossians 1 13-17 Hebrews 1:1,2

A: God is the Creator of all things. Before Him nothing was, and everything that is; is created by him.

Q2 What is it to know the Creator? Isaiah 43:10 Jeremiah 9:23,24 John 17:3

A: The Knowing the creator means that we become his witnesses, and when we do we will see that the Creator glories in exercising loving-kindness, judgment and righteousness in the earth.

Q3 How do we know if we know the Creator? 1John 2:3 1 John3:6 1John 4:7,8 1John 5:3

A : We know the Creator if we keep his commandments, do not sin. Those who sin do not know him. Those who know the Creator loveth one another, because God is a God of love, and those who loveth not God, do not know God.

Refection: The Creator has been before anything has been. Yes, that might be a hard concept for our finite minds to understand but nevertheless we will be able to fully understand it if God chooses to reveal it to us one day. The Creator is known to delight in loving-kindness, judgment and most of all righteousness. We will know that we know the Creator by following his commandments, not because they are law but because we love God and one another. In 1 Corinthians 13, it speaks on the subject of love, and says “And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.” We can see that love makes up a big part of the Christians character, so one who dose not love does not know God because God is love.

Have a blessed day,
